We need to gather information from ALL players in our program regarding their availability/desire to play in tournaments this coming spring and summer. We appreciate you taking time to look over your calendars to layout when you are available to play. It is important to indicate your availability so we can confirm our tournaments and we establish rosters for tournament weekends and allow our older reserve players to know when they can get their opportunity to play.
Some key things to note:
- Here is our base tournament plan for each age group:
- Seven (7) tournaments for 15U
- For the 2nd / Orange Group of 15U team, we are planning on first three weekends of April 13-14, April 20-21, and May 18-19. We will look at more options after we collect this player availability information.
- Eight (8) tournaments for 16U and 17U
- We plan to follow this structure for our planned tournament schedule, but we are willing to consider adding tournaments if player and coaching availability align.
- Some additional weekends are listed in this survey in case something falls through for a tournament, we have player availability information to easily evaluate plan B / alternative dates.
- Please work to mark your availability to provide good data ASAP but having this complete prior to March 28 would be appreciated.
